How do I create an account?

You need to create an account before taking a course. Click on the Menu Icon (Three horizontal lines) present on the top left of the Store Screen. From the opened menu, click on Login/Register button. Click on Sign Up. Enter your Email Id & Password to register for an account.

How to use Access Codes?

After successful purchase, this item would be added to your courses.

To access the course, follow these steps:

Check your email: You should receive an email from Influencer Club containing your login credentials, including your email address and password. Make sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don't see the email in your inbox.

Visit the website: Go to www.influencerclub.io using a web browser on your computer or mobile device.

Log in: Enter the email address and password provided in the email to log in to your account on the Influencer Club website.

Explore the course: Once logged in, you should have access to the course materials, including videos, live sessions, and other resources. Navigate through the website to explore the course content and start learning.

Additionally, if you prefer accessing the course on your mobile device, you can download the Influencer Club mobile app from the Google Play Store using the link you provided: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.influencerclub.courses

After downloading and installing the app, you can log in with your email and password to access the course on your mobile device.

How to Take a Course?

After you have purchased the Course or used the access code of the course, the course would be added to your My Course Section. Click on the Course image to start the course.

I have issues with Login, what should I do?

You can click on Forgot Password link to reset your password from the login screen. We will send the new password to your registered email address. Try to log in with the new password.

If the issue still persists, drop an email to support@influencerclub.io with the issue details.

I am unable to access the Course, what should I do?

Please check whether you are using the same email, which was used for purchasing/using the access code. Check for the course in your My Course section. If the course is still not available, please drop an email to support@influencerclub.io
